Actually, we've had PICO on the system for quite a while.  A few people
have been given access to it, but I haven't had much time to work with it
(I gave Clayton access to it and he immediately found bugs in it).  If we
can get a stable version of it, we may be able to release it for the
general public to use.  Don't hold your breath, though.
