At North Dakota State, all of our accoutning students are required to
take Business Law I and the Legal Environment course.  There also is a
business elective in the curriculum and accounting students are strongly
encouraged to take Business Law II.
 
We will soon change our curriculum to meet the requirements of the
state-mandated 150 hour program for accounting students taking the CPA
exam.  In the new 150 hour program, both Business Law I & II will be
required along with the Legal Environemnt course.
