Common problem!
Communication is a big wooly issue and good intentions rarely come to pass.
 
Focus on specific communication issues then find specific, agreed actions
which they will take on a regular basis. For example client contact
reports, weekly team meetings.
 
You then need to hold *them* accountable. Let them know the specific impact
of their failures - in $$ if you can.
 
No simple solutions but you need to be persistent.
