Here at UMD (University of MN Duluth) we have 3 business
law courses -- Legal Environment for all Business and
Accounting majors, Law of Contracts and Sales required for
Accounting majors only, and Business Organizations and
Property as an elective used by some Accounting and
Business majors.

We recently went through some revisions to the MBA program,
and as a result reduced the prerequisites for
admission into the program significantly. Unfortunately,
one of the prereqs which was dropped was the Legal
Environment course. There is a Business Government and
Society course in the MBA curriculum, however, to date that
has been taught by senior (non-legal) faculty who just also
happens to be the previous dean.
