Suzanne: As soon as you get an agreement, you should fax or take them the
form that informs all the parents about the taping. They need to distribute
that before you go so that anyone who objects to having their child taped can
let the teacher know before the taping day. I hope to get an update from the
RISE people so if there are any other sites in your area that have agreed to
permission you will know. If you go to a site where the permission slips are
not yet signed, you will have to get a signature from the people who are on
the team who will also be in the videotape. Then the teacher can still get the
parent signatures of those parents who aren't at the center. DB
