Just an update on our status at this time (noon Tues. Jan. 7). We have sent
out the mailed surveys, which are to be brought to the teleconference. By
the time we got finished with all of them, we ran out of materials so we are
not going to be distributing the pre-survey to anyone at the beginning of the
session. Thus, you don't have to worry about that. You do have to collect thema
nd be sure the post teleconference survey is completed. They have been delayeda
t printer so will be sent directly to you. We will send you an update of the
numbers at your sites and the exact sites (have been a few changes but don't
think they have affected our teams). I am also sending you (FAX) the info.
that I have sent to the RISE facilitators, event manages, leaders, etc. If
you get any phone calls about the mailed survey, the important point is to
assure callers that this is voluntary and not required for participating in
the training. They are to bring it back even if not used. Also, you will have
to buy No. 2 pencils sufficient for people at your sites in order to get the
post tc survey completed. We decided it would be expensive to mail pencils -
just keep your bill to be reimbursed. Most of you have been keeping in touch
well. Remember I am available by email and phone (home is 513-887-7704) if
you have questions that noone else can answer. Thanks for all your hard work
in the past few weeks. Good luck on Sat. also. DB
