Unfortunately, it was down all night until I found it this morning.  As
before, I'm working with our vendors to try to find the problem.
 
I've also created a program to notify me when the POP server stops
responding.  I wrote this program last week, but didn't find out until this
morning that it wasn't working correctly.  Assuming that I now have it
fixed, I should be notified within 1 hour of the server going down.
