I've been listening to this discussion forum from time to time. I've
started my MBA program recently thru distance learning. We have an
interesting assignment that judging from previous discussions, I know
I'm in the right place here with experts. Real life examples that
support the argument would be highly appreciated. Also, any suggestions
for good references sources would be quite valued:

1. Why is the systems thinking (learning org) approach to mgmt regarded
as superior to the traditional and human relations approaches?

2. In what ways might managers benefit from learning about cybernetics?

Thanks...Jamal Al-Dabal
