The tape should include the everyday activities of the teacher as well as the
segment in which the coach interacts in the classroom (either leading or
working with teacher). The after session discussion does not need to be observe
d. However, the coach should take notes and collect the discussion on tape
if the teacher is in agreement. The teacher had a permission form to sign. Your
role is only to be sure that you get the copy of the notes/tape or that it is
