I have just finished reading the replies to "Taxing TIAA-CREF?" and
I am concerned that we seemed to have missed the point of the message.
The Ways and Means Committee is proposing to tax TIAA-CREF - this
means more costs to the organization and less benefits to you when you
retire. I don't think that there many of us that have so much money
that we don't need to concern ourselves with more taxes. Don't get
bogged down in minutia, write your senator, write your member of the
house. They are interested in votes not philosophical pedological
debates.
