Yes, the University of Florida has a two credit module in legal
environment in the first year core of the MBA program. We added it
this year to the core. The college committee and administration were
convinced that it was essential information for MBAs. It is my
impression that that is the trend. The law course also is in all of
our executive MBA programs, including the one for BSBA graduates
coming back for an MBA. They take the legal environment course as a
required elective; it, and strategy, are the only core courses in
that program..
