Nine 9 yearold , Chicago based consulting organization needs Recruiters and
Trainers on an Independent contractor basis to help with several
assignments.
 
Recruiters -- Specifically,  there is a need for 2-3 recruiters in Chicago.
 Work from your home and/or the client site.    Recruiters should have at
least 5 years experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt Accounting and
Finance staff,  Plant Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
staff. Consultants must be in Chicago Metro area.
 
Training and Development staff -- Chicago, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and
Toronto.
I need help with assessment and training of a clients 700 person workforce
in conjunction with a MAJOR new (ERP) computer system.  Training
consultants are needed develop and conduct 1-2 day seminars in decision
making, communications, PC usage and general analytic skills.  In addition
we will need to develop and conduct seminars in Supervisory skills,
Interviewing, the employment law, Performance Appraisal and feedback etc.
