Persecution Legislation: Earlier this month the House of  Representatives
voted 375 to 41 to pass a bill designed to punish countries that persecute
people on the  basis of their religion. Critics say the law is bad foreign
policy and could make things worse for religious minorities around the
world. Our panel talks about the pros and cons of this legislation. Guests:
