Does anyone have a non-USR modem and consistently get 28.8 (or 33.6
even better) from Oxford?
My old Diamond Supra 33.6 never gets better than 26.4 but the same
line with a USR will pull 28.8.

My question centers around wanting a good v.90 modem (~$70) to connect
to Miami without paying the premium price for the newer v.90 USR
($150).

Thanks in advance for any assistance and any repliy by e-mail.
