Hi Colleagues:

Every year the Pacific Northwest Academy of Legal Studies of Business awards
a plaque and two certificates to the Best Paper and two runners-up from the
previous years' conference.   

The April, 1999 conference was in Vancouver BC.  Of the papers presented
there, eight are to be considered for Best Paper, and awards will be made at
the 2000 conference in Portland, Oregon.  

I have two judges lined up (they are anonymous) and I need one more person
to act as judge.  In return, you will get a personalized thank-you letter
from me that you can put in your dossier!

If you would be willing to spend a couple of hours looking over these papers
