HE was a good person with a good personality, his 10 rules was okay.  Did
not learn much of anything

WAY TOO LONG!!!  He didn't discuss anything about engineering.  Five
minuates at the end is not worth and hour and ten minutes of bullshit.

How did he start his business, what did he do to make it great? who are his
clients now? Is he looking for graduates for employment purposes? Where
does he see his company heading too.

speakers should talk about enigneering, but practical applications of it.
Jerry could have been much better I would have love to heard how he started
with only his wife and himself to now have 280 employees

I'm glad he didn't talk about 'womens issues'  SWE has potential to discuss
any type of engineering.  How about an industrial engineer?  I want to
learn more about facilities layout and material flow.  or how about
cellular manufacturing, which is something an IE should know about.
