Dan Malleck:

If you search for Slaying the Dragon at www.bookfinder.com (which searches
several used book sites at once), you will find a copy for sale for $20 at
Dailey Rare Books in Los Angeles. I hope it's still available! If not, you
can always check bookfinder every few days.
