The Partisan Prohibition Historical Society has awarded its 2002 "Citation of Merit" to Prof. Fran Grace, Redlands University, in recognition of her book, "Carry A. Nation: Retelling the Life."  Prof.

Grace has made an important contribution toward understanding the cultural milieu prior to adoption of the 18th Amendment.

     The Partisan Prohibition Historical Society is an association of people interested in preserving and disseminating the history of the Prohibition Party. It sponsors the website www.prohibitionists.org  Lifetime membership is granted upon payment of a $20 enrolment fee.
