I've been asked to identify a "temperance badge" design which is unknown
to me; I wonder if anyone has come across this design please?

The lapel badge - possibly dating from the late C19 or early C20 - is
in brass and it shows a green five-pointed leaf, possibly an ivy or
maple leaf. At the centre of the leaf is a circle which shows two,
grasped, sleeved white hands. The handshake is aligned SW-NE. The badge
was manufactured by Thomas Fattorini of Birmingham, England. The present
Fattorini company doesn't recognise the design in the company's
archives.

I've not come across the ivy/maple leaf symbol in the temperance
movement iconography which is why I ask for any ideas please. Thanks.
