If you have access to the _Chronicle of Higher Education_, look for the Jan. 21, 2005 issue, and look for a short item about the CIA called "Spy vs. Fry." (I think it's on p. 6 or 7, but for complicated reasons, can't check that out right now). Which CIA, you ask? It's a comparison of both: the .gov one being the "Spy" and the .edu one being the "Fry." There's a cute drawing at the top of the item that's a take-off on the _Mad Magazine_ feature "Spy vs. Spy" drawings. It has a column for each institution, and compares such things as web site, founding date, mission, housing, major publications, training provided, etc. While the _Chronicle_ is generally serious, this item proves that someone there definitely has a sense of humor!
