Hi there all you folks with audio and video tapes in your collections,

I am looking for benchmarking information for video and audio tape
collections (which includes oral histories).

Any information on the folowing would be much appreciated:

Cost of duplication ( to include a variety of formats if possible -
including VHS, ¾" U-matic, Betacam, DVCAM, and DVD).

Usage / licensing fees for footage (per second, per minute etc) or whatever
applicable. To include prices for an assortment of uses, documentaries,
feature films, TV shows, education, etc.

Preservation fees

Offsite removal fees.

Research fees.

Any other relevant charges.

Thanks, Tim
