This is a bit outside the ordinary... but has anyone developed any
"games" utilizing the archives?

I ask because the University Archives staff here at Marquette has for a
number of years participated in a semiannual luncheon on campus honoring
those employees who are celebrating service anniversaries (5, 10, 15,
etc. years of service). We have provided an ice-breaker activity for
the luncheon featuring a university history trivia contest and accompany
this with a display about the university's history. These activities
receive high marks from attendees, create much discussion about campus
history, and raise awareness of the archives on campus.

However, we're now though the 5-year cycle where individuals who have
been honored earlier will be honored again, and we need to prepare a new
activity with a similarly interactive component. Any alternative ideas
would be most welcome - ideally, the activity would have some
interactive component allowing those who attend to work together, get to
know one another a bit, and learn more about the university's past.

Thanks in advance for your creativity and ideas.

Michelle
