I graduated high school in 1998. I can understand about the Weathermen and
SDS (I didn't learn about them until graduate school, and only because I
took a History course in the Sixties), but what kind of rock does one have
to be under to have missed the Kent State shootings?

Of course, when grading undergraduate history papers, graduate students that
the University of Memphis added the most embarrassing mistakes to what they
called "the wall of shame," which included essay statements like "Columbus
invented trade," and "Camp David was a concentration camp where Hitler sent
the Jews." History seems a lost art anymore.
