We once made a kiosk out of 4 unfinished doors, hinges, and some paint we
bought at a DIY place. It was used for several purposes in several
configurations and in several locations over the years, including removing
one panel to use as a temporary desk (sitting on 2-drawer file cabinets).
We didn't have any electrical gizmos, but if such a kiosk were against a
wall or over a floor-outlet/datajack, anything could be plugged in.
