Good afternoon,
Another association librarian in Alexandria has asked me to post this
question:

Background:
Until recently, her association has always printed by-laws, codes of
ethics, and other governing documents in the association journal. Now the
journal editors want to implement cost-cutting measures and discontinue the
practice of publishing these documents for members.

Question:
How are other organizations making governance documents available to
membership, other than via the physical archive?

Thanks for your responses; I will provide them to her.
Elaine Moody
