Good afternoon, Another association librarian in Alexandria has asked me to post this question: Background: Until recently, her association has always printed by-laws, codes of ethics, and other governing documents in the association journal. Now the journal editors want to implement cost-cutting measures and discontinue the practice of publishing these documents for members. Question: How are other organizations making governance documents available to membership, other than via the physical archive? Thanks for your responses; I will provide them to her.
