Our university is about to begin negotiating a price for both the prints and
the rights to use these prints for a large collection of photographs taken
by a photographer for us some 30 years ago. Has anyone had a similar
experience negotiating pricing for a large volume (1000+) of images?

Also, we’re trying to locate a photographer – Ellis Herwig - to talk about
the copyright agreement for his images. He also did work for the Boston
Globe and published some books on photography in the early 1980s, but the
trail ends there.

Thanks in advance.

Becky
