Ditto; especially if these articles appear in more obscure journals. You are lucky to have the articles, even if photocopies.

Kim's idea of creating a bibliography of the author's publications is a good idea.  But unless you institution has the original issues of the journals in which the articles appear to give to any researcher for use, then you might want to keep the photocopies of the articles for researcher use.  Call it a collection of photocopies and make sure the copyright rules pertaining to its use are spelled out on the finding aid, in the MARC record, and in the collection itself.  You have a collection of materials that would take many hours to duplicate if a researcher waned to, say, look at the published writings of this person.  With what you have now, they can all be viewed at the same time.  

 

I would also try to secure as many original issues in which the articles appeared.  When you secure one, then you can discard the photocopy.
