I really never do anything to my tea roses except cut them back when
they start blocking traffic on the street beside our house.  

It was to my amazement yesterday that Adrene, my gardening neighbor
complained that her rose (from the same original cuttings) were not
doing nearly as well as mine.  I told her she ought to use the same care
plan I do.    ;-)
