This is a question for the Project Archivists out there and for anyone who handles confidential records.  One department of the organization handles records of a highly confidential nature, and they are unsure how to handle the processing of those records for the archives.  As a contractor, I’m conscious of the fact that they need to have a guarantee from me to maintain confidentiality following the conclusion of the project.  I told them that project archivists routinely handle confidential records, but have offered to amend my contract to contain a confidentiality clause.  Have any of you done this and would you be willing to share the wording of such a clause.

Kind Regards,
