Dear Dean, First of all, thanks four your reply. > We did a semester survey once with a form asking > "Was the Special Collections staff helpful?" > "Did you find the information you were looking for?" So, you made your own survey. That sounds interesting, but what about the psychometric properties of your sur- vey, did you work with psychometric expert besides you? I tell you because in library world there are plenty of users satisfaction surveys, but only a few with high levels of validity and reliability. Because I am writing from Peru I am interested in adapt an standarized user satisfaction survey used in archives. We have to make anual evaluation of the service quality, so it's important to us to find out a reliable survey. Thanks again for your time.
