tried and true way of identifying and archiving records for big projects? a MARC
record template for all the stuff one has to keep after a job has closed?
Ideally it could be searched by job name, job number, possibly other topics. We
need to scan what we used to load into boxes, making sure it can be retrieved if
needed.

tell, I'm new at this!
