The SFMOMA Research Library is pleased to announce the receipt of a grant from the Getty Foundation to establish the SFMOMA Institutional Archives and to begin processing three core collections which document the early history of the Museum. The grant is part of the Getty's ongoing initiative, On the Record, to document the postwar history of Los Angeles avant-garde art and architecture. Funding from The Getty Foundation will be used to support two full-time professional positions for the 24 month grant period.
