Dear List,
We have a lot of approximately 56-inch long strips of
negatives wound around acidic cardboard using acidic paper strips as an insert.
They will have to be removed from their current housing, but what would be the
best way to store them? These were apparently evidentiary and so could
not be cut up, and I don’t want to cut them either.
Has anyone found a storage solution to these long strips?
Thanks.
