Copyright red herring? I thought for those repoductions you need the copyright holder's consent, if the archive or library or museum is not the copyright holder...or do you require eveyone to waive any copy right interests they may have... Also how were these acquired, in other words what did the archive or library or museum pay for the photos that are now being sold?
