City faces lawsuit over warrant lost in system
Because of a paperwork error, a Jacksonville man was rearrested for a 
crime
he paid for years ago.

After he was arrested on stalking charges in 1999, Nemat Jibory paid his
debt to society. The Jacksonville man pleaded no contest to two
misdemeanors, spent 18 days in jail and completed one year of probation.
That should have been the end of it.
