I just speak for my country and myself: my «grocery» will be open, as usual, 9 to 5. Sometimes - not this year, please! - with more 2 or 3 hours of extra time. Everybody goes to beach in August leaving only the major cities almost empty but not closed. Public services are working, sometimes better (less people, less pressure), and - Oh, yes - archives, libraries and museums must remain open to public. The same for the attractions needed by tourists. After all, tourism it's our main business in the season and everybody who came here wait to see everybody and everything working! For those who may passing by .... I'm here.
