Workshops and courses last from two days to two weeks.
Students are housed
in dormitories on the campus of the former Shimer College,
a group of 14
structures listed on the National Register
of Historic Places.
Mt. Carroll is in
the Northwest corner of Illinois, about 2 ˝ hours from Chicago.
