How widespread was the ivory-billed woodpecker?  If limited to a particular
geographical area, then those tribes found there would have used the
creature in tribal costume, rites.

Try Powwows.com/gathering. Although the focus is on
modern powwows, they do have some historical photos
online inthe galleries. Also one poster, going by
HISTORIAN, not only has a collection of historic
photos, but also is extremely knowledgable. Hope this
