could it be time to share some of that work-load --
give your eyeballs a much needed rest, allow some of
that steam stemming from your finger tips to cool
down, and give your inner archivist a hug (just in
case nobody else wants to do it!) -- and hire yourself
an assistant? 

from the looks of it, however, whether he or she has
received formal education or is simply an experienced
hand, either way you will end up paying about the same
hourly wage for what sounds like much needed help.
