The FOMC Secretariat Section of the Federal Reserve Board is
seeking an intern to help initiate a state-of-the-art digitization/OCR 
project for its historical institutional records.  The ideal candidate 
will bring a high level of energy and organization to the document 
digitization process.  Operating on a limited selection of documents, the 
intern will partner with the Digital Library Project Archivist 
to devise, test, and document procedures for making hard copy 
documents electronically accessible to users.  The software needed for 
this project is already installed and is supported by an IT team. 

The 8 week internship will pay $14.00/hour, 15-20 hours per week.  Start 
date is negotiable.  The Federal Reserve Board is located in downtown 
Washington, DC.
