Would anyone be willing to send me electronic copies of forms they use 
in their work.  I am specifically looking for Accessioning and Donation 
forms/agreements.  I would also appreciate some written policies such as 
Mission Statement, Donation Policy, Collection Policy.  I am as 
interested in research or access forms at this time.  I hope to use some 
examples as templates to develop my own forms and policies.  You may 
recall that I am a volunteer archivist at a small synagogue so templates 
for similar institutions would be most helpful but I'll take what I can 
get.  I doubt there is much general interest in this posting so please 
email documents to me directly.  Please send them as attachments in Word 
or Wordperfect format although if some forms are done in spreadsheet or 
database form, I can deal with that.  I appreciate your help.
