Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

   There is alot of information on the importance of
disaster planning, including one study from South
Africa, otu there and I say use the research to
discuss the topic with your collegues. It is a
neglected area in the field; my library school does
not offer any courses on the topic. Fortunately the
archives track requires us to take a course on
preservation in general, which inlcudes distaster
planning, at the neighboring university. I'll psot a
bibliography when I find it, as I did a paper on the
topic for my library Foundations class.
