**  Dutch museum recalls Nazi use of Rembrandt
An exhibition at the Dutch Resistance Museum in Amsterdam recalls the Nazis' 
largely forgotten mission to incorporate the Dutch painter into fascist 
ideology, and win sympathy in the Netherlands, which they occupied in 1940

**  Culture shock as Met jumps entry to $20
Though the Met is one of the most expensive museums in the world, it does 
offer "tremendous access" to its collections by not tacking on fees for 
extra exhibitions

**  Dummies populate convention

Cruachan III, the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders' mascot, was 
considerably more ambitious in his nibbling: he recently nibbled the Queen 
and destroyed a pair of her gloves

The notes are contained within a book handed down through the family of 
Chief Inspector Donald Swanson, which was formally presented to the 
Metropolitan Police to mark the re-launch of its world-famous crime museum
