I don't think SAA has offered this in the past, but I think it's a good
idea.  Several much smaller conferences I have attended offer it.  I did put
this suggestion in my evaluation after SAA last year, so maybe they will
have it this year.

Now if all you want is to check your email maybe SAA needs to consider doing
what many conferences offer today and that is a bank of computers set up for
conference attendees so that they can check emails. ARMA International has
been offerering this service for years and I think at the last conference
they must have had 20 computers set up for this purpose. Now if SAA offers
this service then ignore the above
