FYI

I found it interesting that I received a message from one institution, 
informing me that blank subject lines are identified as "prohibited."  
This came in after I re-posted my message.  I pondered whether to 
re-post my message and finally went ahead and did so.  Now that I've 
seen this message, below, I'm glad I did.  We all occasionally send out 
List messages for which we forget to put in a subject line.  
Apparently, some security software screens 'em out.
