Hi --

They can be fiendishly hard to find; they've never gotten around to putting
my dissertation from the mid-1990s into either the UCL or the main
University of London systems.

I know I'd be able to locate it by calling or emailing the department, but
beyond that, I would not bet that it's available online.

Your mileage may vary, as some departments are more proactive than others as
far as getting their dissertations 'known' but it's not usually a priority.
