The California State Archives is developing a list of consultants as a resource for historical records organizations throughout the state. The consultant list will be maintained on the web site of the California State Archives and will be provided upon request.
If you want to be included on the consultant list, please send the following information to Laren Metzer, Deputy State Archivist, California State Archives, at [log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> or call (916) 653-3834 for further information:
· Name to be listed
· Mailing address
· Phone number
· E-mail address
· Summary of consulting experience
· Type of consulting you are qualified for (archives, records management, photos, preservation etc.)
· Names and phone numbers of three clients
The California State Archives does not endorse any individuals or organizations on the list nor are they affiliated with the California State Archives. The California State Archives will assume no responsibility for the accuracy of any information provided to a requesting organization or for the quality of work performed by any consultant contacted via the list. Being on the list confers no guarantee of employment. This list will not be used to endorse, recommend, or require the use of any particular consultant. The consultant list will be maintained and provided solely for informational purposes.
In order to be included on the list, the above information is needed no later than August 31, 2006.
