To those outside government who may be inclined to take a cynical view of government, or to dismiss Federal workers simply as clock-watching bureaucrats, you can at least take heart in the fact that the two people who went on the record in the Aid matter to argue for keeping the focus on principles and standards both are current government employees. (Bill Leonard and I.) LOL.
