 Goodmorning professor McKean,
I’m a Chinese language and culture student at Naples ’ university “L’Orientale”.
I'm about to apply for a research scholarship of the Chinese Governement and I'm planning to make a resarch on the opium prohibition issue.
I wonder if you can help me to contact someboby working on this field in the PRC.
I'd really like to ask some help to a specialist and I need to know if there's some work on this issue going on in the PRC at the moment.
