What do you mean about the protestant (sic) WCTU "pushed hard against 
the culture of Jews and Roman Catholics?"    The standard work on the 
opposition to Prohibition is David Kyvig's book.  The American 
Association Against the Prohibition Amendment was largely an upper class 
organization.
